Description
Thomas Dowell has been a Designated Pilot Examiner for over five years. During his aviation career he has had the opportunity to experience numerous facets of the industry to include: military aviation, flight school ownership, Part 135, Part 121 supplement, and Part 121 scheduled service.
Thomas still actively flights instructs, serves as a mentor pilot, and provides pilot examining services in Central Florida, and nationwide on request. He is the man behind Daytona DPE.
